What is the best, cheapest printer? with cheap ink?

I am looking for an all in one printer that is less then .00, and ink to replace it I want to be about .00 or a little more for all the cartridges so when I need ink I just have to spend about .00.

I have an epson stylus cx7400 which just died on me, and I used to have the epson stylus cx4800, but I sold it, and that one had some issues too.

I don’t want another epson cause ink is too expensive.
